   According to China Electrical Equipment Industrial Association Welder Branch work regulations provides that: "should be convened every two years a member of the General Assembly", by the Council to study the three-fifth branch of the decision on June 3, 2009 held in Shanghai, the second member of the Fifth Chapter Welding General Assembly. The relevant matters are announced as follows:

1. Conference: June 3 15:00 to 17:30
2. Venue: Shanghai New International Expo Center Hall E2 M17, second floor conference room
Second, the main elements:
1. Chapter work report;
2. Financial Report;
3. Report of the Board membership changes;
4. Economic operation analysis;
5. Other.
Third, the meeting participants are not charged any fees.
Fourth, in order to ensure attendance of members of the General Assembly invited Member units must be represented.
